Alison Doody

 Alison Doody (born 11 November 1966) is an Irish actress and model. After making her debut in a feature film as Bond girl Jenny Flex in A View to a Kill (1985), she was later cast as Elsa Schneider in Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade (1989). Siobhan Donavan was also seen in A Prayer for the Dying (1987), Charlotte Taffin (1988), Rebecca Flannery (1994) and Catherine Buxton (2022). She also played Pam in Beaver Falls (2011-2012).Approached by a photographer, Doody took up modelling, which turned into a career in commercial modelling. Doody stringently avoided glamour and nude work, a clause which was extended into her acting career. Doody was noticed by the casting director for a new James Bond movie and accepted the role of Jenny Flex in 1985’s A View to a Kill. John Willis' Screen World, Vol. 12 listed Doody as one of the most promising New Actors 1986. 38. Doody, who was only 19 when she portrayed the role she was the youngest Bond girl. [3] Another early movie played a minor role for IRA member Siobhan Donovan's character in A Prayer for the Dying (1987), which was starring Mickey Rourke.
