American actress Anne Jacqueline Hathaway was born on November 12 in 1982. The recipient of various accolades including an Academy Award, a Golden Globe Award, and an Primetime Emmy Award, she was among the highest-paid actors in 2015. She has made over $6.8billion worldwide through her films and was an Forbes Celebrity 100 nominee in 2009. As a teenager she was cast on the TV series Get Real (1999-2000) and became famous for her performance as the main character in the Disney comedy The Princess Diaries (2001). After appearing in a variety of family movies, Hathaway moved into adult roles in the dramatic films Havoc 2005 and Brokeback Mountain (2006).
