Bar Paly (Hebrew pronunciation: br pAly born Varvara Alexandrovna Pley, Russian: Varvara Aeksandrovna Palei) is an Israeli actress, model and actor. She was passionate about music in her childhood, playing the piano at age four. Her family moved to Israel when she was 9, and she was raised in Tel Aviv, Israel.Her grandfathers were in the Red Army during World War II. At the age of 17, Paly began her modeling career. She has appeared as model for cover models in various magazines such as Maxim, Rolling Stone and GQ.She was featured on the cover of Esquire's Latin American edition in May 2014.In 2003, she started her acting career appearing in a variety of TV roles and also in the Israeli mockumentary TV film Zehirut Matzlema.In 2013, Paly played roles in both Roman Coppola's A Glimpse inside the mind of Charles Swan III starring Charlie Sheen Jason Schwartzman, Charlie Sheen as well as Bill Murray.
