Carlos Irwin Estyvez (born September 3 1965) also known as Charlie Sheen, is an American actor. He was in films such as Platoon (1986), Wall Street (87) The Young Guns(88), The Rookie (1990), The Three Musketeers (1893) and The Arrival (1996). Sheen was the first actor to take over Michael J.'s role in the late 2000s. Fox as the lead on ABC's Spin City, his portrayal of Charlie Crawford earned him a Golden Globe Award for Best Actor. He then starred as Charlie Harper on the CBS sitcom Two and a Half Men (2003-11) and for which he won numerous Golden Globe and Primetime Emmy nominations. He also played the character Dr. Charles "Charlie" Goodson in the FX series Anger Management (2012-14). In 2010, Sheen was the highest-paid television actor and earned US$1.8 million for each episode on Two and A Half Men.Sheen's personal life has been the subject of headlines, with stories of alcohol and drug abuse and marital issues as well as accusations of domestic violence.In March of 2011 the contract he signed for Two and a Half Men was ended by CBS and Warner Bros. following his derogatory comments about the series creator, Chuck Lorre.
