Daniela Ruah

 Daniela Sofia Korn Ruah, born on the 2nd of December 1983, is an American actor and director. She is most well-known as NCIS Special Agent Kensi which is a character she played on CBS's CBS police procedural. She won a Portuguese-television dance competition.Ruah moved to the U.K at the age of 18 and earned a Bachelor of Arts in performing arts from London Metropolitan University. She then returned to Portugal to continue acting and then in 2007, she relocated to New York City for a Bachelor of Arts in the performing arts from the Lee Strasberg Theater. Her father is a Portuguese-Jewish, as is her mother who is Jewish.
