Ja Rule

 Jeffrey Bruce Atkins, born on the 29th of February, 1976, better called Ja Rule (/dZa :/),), is an American actor and rapper. He was born and raised in New York City and debuted with Venni Vetti Vecci's lead single, "Holla Holla". In the early 2000s, Ja Rule was signed to Irv Gotti's Murder Inc. Records, formerly called The Inc. From 1999 until 2005, Ja Rule had multiple hits that made the top 20 on the U.S. Billboard's Hot 100 chart featured "Between Me and You", "I'm Real Murder Remix" and "I'm Funny" (both with Jennifer Lopez). The number one hit, "Always on Time" was performed by Ashanti. "Mesmerize", that features Ashanti, "Between Me and You" has also been included in the list.Rule, along with his bandmates Vita, Ashanti, and Case, have been nominated for four Grammy Awards and two American Music Awards. After the success of his platinum-selling debut album Venni Vetti Vecci (1999) and his second and third albums , Rule 3:36 (2000) and Pain Is Love (2001). The albums were atop the US Billboard 200 Album Chart and launched his career into the mainstream. They sold more than 15 million copies to a wide audience and were awarded three platinum certification by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA). This was one of his most-sold albums. Rule followed up with his fifth, fourth and sixth albums The Last Temptation (2002), Blood in My Eye (2003) and R.U.L.E
