 Jason Statham, /'steIth@m/ was born on the 26th of July, 1967. He is an actor from England. His action-thriller roles are well-known for their portrayals of characters who are usually tough, hardboiled , and tough. Jason was born in July 1967. He was a keen diver and footballer. He was a member of England at the 1990 Commonwealth Games. Statham was then asked to appear in various advertisements for Levi's, Tommy Hilfiger and French Connection. He was a former market stall keeper and was featured in Guy Ritchie's crime movies Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels (1998) and Snatch ((2000). These films became commercially successful and Statham was cast as Frank Martin in the Transporter Trilogy (2002-2008). He was a Hollywood star after starring in a variety of heist films and action-thrillers, including Crank (2006) as well as War (2007). He also appeared in films that were criticised as well as commercially unprofitable, such as Revolver (2006), Chaos (2005) and In the Name of the King (2007 2008 2009, Spy (2015), and the Mechanic: Revival (2016).
