Tanya Roberts (born Victoria Leigh Blum; October 15, 1949 until January 4 2021) was an American actress. She was the last season's star of Charlie's Angels (1980-1981), Stacey Sutton (1985), James Bond film A View to a Kill (1985), Sheena (Sheena) (1984), Midge Pinciotti (1998-2004) and Victoria Leigh Blum (1949). She was born in Manhattan or the Bronx to Oscar Blum (nee Smith). Oscar Maximilian Blum was born in New York City.Oscar's father, Theodor Blum,[8was dubbed "The most exceptional oral surgeon in America" for his pioneering work in the field of local anesthesia and the use x-rays for dental care. Theodor was born in Vienna, Austria and emigrated to New York in 1904.Oscar earned a bachelor's degree from Cornell University in 1934 and was a freshman at the medical school there. In 1940, Tanya's father was working as an assistant manager in a music publishing house located in New York City.
