Winona Ryder

 Winona Laura Horowitz was born on 29 October 1971, is an American actress. Originally playing quirky roles, in the 1990s her fame grew because of her more diverse roles in various productions of different genres. Her numerous awards include a Screen Actors Guild Award, the Golden Globe Award and nominations for an Grammy Award and two Academy Awards. She also received recognition in Tim Burton's Beetlejuice (1988). Her role in Heathers (1989), Great Balls of Fire (89), Mermaids(90), Edward Scissorhands (1990) as well as Bram Stoker's Dracula (1992) further elevated her standing. Her work received critical acclaim and two consecutive Academy Award nominations for her portrayals of socialite May Welland in Martin Scorsese's The Age of Innocence (1993) as well as Jo March in the fifth film adaptation of Little Women (1994). She also co-produced Girl, Interrupted (1999) and Reality Bites (1994), How to Make an American Quilt (1996), Alien Resurrection (191997), Celebrity (191998), and How to Make an American Quilt (1996).
