She made her debut portraying Veronica Lodge on The CW teen drama series Riverdale (2017-present) and in which she received the Teen Choice Award for Choice Scene Stealer in 2017. 3 She was born on June 29, 1994 in Charlottesville, Virginia to Brazilian parents. Victor Mendes is her father and Gisele Carraro is her mother. She has an older sister. She relocated from Virginia to Atlanta shortly after birth, and then to Florida. The move was 16 times during her childhood due to her father's work and the divorce of her parents. But, she remained in Florida throughout her entire life.
