Eliza Taylor

 Eliza Jane Morley (nee Taylor-Cotter born 24 October 1989) is professionally known as Eliza Taylor, is an Australian actor from Australia. Her most well-known work is her role as Janae Timmins in the Australian soap show Neighbours (2005-08) and as Clarke Griffin on the dystopian science fiction drama The 100 (2014-2020).Taylor was born in Melbourne and has three siblings three siblings: two sisters and one brother. Her mom is a writer and graphic designer. Her stepfather was a comic, and owned cafes in Melbourne. When she was a kid, she always wanted to be a marine biologist. In 2005, Taylor made her breakthrough in the Australian soap show Neighbours. Following her previous guest on the show in 2003, Janae Timmins was her role. Taylor initially auditioned for the role of Lana Crawford. However, Bridget Neval was cast. In 2007 Nell Feeney and Sianoa Smit-McPhee, who play Taylor's on-screen mother Janelle Timmins as well as her sister Bree Timmins, were written out by the executive producer Ric Pellizzeri. However, it was revealed that they wanted Taylor to remain in the show as Janae. In the following year, Taylor decided to quit the show to pursue other projects such as pantomime and a further career in the US.
