Ja Rule

 Jeffrey Bruce Atkins, born on the 29th of February 1976, better known as Ja Rule (/dZa :/),), is an American actor and rapper. He was born and was raised in New York City and debuted with Venni Vetti Vecci's first single, "Holla Holla", in 1999. In the early 2000s, Ja Rule was signed to Irv Gotti's Murder Inc. Records, which was previously called The Inc. From 1999 to 2005, Ja Rule had multiple singles that reached the top 20 on the U.S. Billboard's Hot 100 chart featured "Between Me and You", "I'm Real Murder Remix" and "Ain't It Funny". Both of these tracks were also topped by Jennifer Lopez. After the release of his platinum-selling debut Venni Vetti Vecci (1999) and his second and third albums Rule 3:36 (2000) and Pain Is Love (2001).
