Lily Jane Collins, born 18 March 1989 in London, is an American model and actress. Born in Guildford, Surrey and raised in Los Angeles, Collins began performing on screen when she was just two years old in the BBC sitcom Growing Pains. In the second half of the 2000s, Collins began acting and modeling more often, and she had breakthrough career by starring in the drama sports film The Blind Side, which was the third highest-grossing movie of 2009. Collins was later cast in leading roles in feature films such as the sci-fi horror film Priest (2011) as well as the psychological thriller Abduction (2011), the fantasy Mirror Mirror (2012), the urban fantasy The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones (2013), and the romantic comedies Stuck in Love (2012), The English Teacher (2013), Love, Rosie (2014) as well as the role as Marla Mabrey in the comedy Rules Don't Work (2016).
