Percy Robert Miller Sr. was born on the 29th of April, 1970. He is known as Master P., a rapper as well as a record executive and producer. He was the founder of No Limit Records. It was relaunched under the New No Limit Records banner by Universal Records and Koch Records. Guttar Music Entertainment followed and is today it's No Limit Forever Records. P. Miller Enterprises was the company's founder as well as CEO. Better Black Television was an online television channel which was only a short-lived venture. Miller initially gained fame during the late 90s thanks to the success of his hip-hop band TRU and also his fifth solo rap album Ice Cream Man, which included his debut single "Mr. Ice Cream Man". Following the release of his platinum single, "Make 'Em Speak Uhh!" in 1997 Miller gained popularity. In all, Miller has released fifteen studio albums.Percy Robert Miller was born and was raised in Central City in the Third Ward of Uptown New Orleans, Louisiana in the Calliope Projects. He is the oldest of five kids. He is the youngest of five children. He attended Warren Easton High School and Booker T. Washington High School.
