Zoe McLellan (born November 6 1974) is an American actress best known for her roles in JAG, Dirty Sexy Money, NCIS: New Orleans and Designated Survivor. As of September 2022, an arrest warrant against her has been outstanding since May 2021 for kidnapping, child stealing and child custody deprivation. She as well as her son, who was seven years old at the time, haven't seen since the year 2019 and she last updated her social media profiles in September 2020.In 2001, McLellan joined the cast of the CBS procedural JAG as a regular role in the role of Navy Petty Officer Jennifer Coates. In the final season of the show , she was promoted to the status of a regular on the show. After the show ended, McLellan was cast as the spouse of Peter Krause's character, in the ABC soapy comedy-drama show Dirty Sexy Money. After two seasons, the show was cancelled in 2009. McLellan was also a guest on House and The Mentalist. She has also been a guest actor in Lifetime TV movies. McLellan first portrayed the female lead character in CBS's procedural drama NCIS: New Orleans in 2014. In July of 2016 it was announced that she was not returning for season three. McLellan was the character White House Counsel Kendra Daynes in the second season of ABC's Designated Survivor in 2017.
