Andrew East

 Andrew Dean East (born September 17, 1991) is a former American football long snapper. He played his college football at Vanderbilt and has been a part of several NFL teams, most recently the Washington Redskins.East was named captain of the North Central High School football team in Indianapolis, Indiana. He played as a three-year starter on defense and special teams of the division 5A school located in the Indianapolis area.When East was sophomore and junior, he was a starter at the linebacker position, posting 110 tackles as a junior. Named the All-Around-Area linebacker while starting as snapper.As senior, East contributed 64 tackles and seven quarterback sacks as the team's first year starter. He also received the Indiana Academic All-State honors awardEast is married to Olympic gymnastics gold medallist Shawn Johnson. East and Johnson became engaged at Wrigley Field on July 24 the 24th of July, 2015. The couple was wedding in Franklin, Tennessee on April 16th, 2016. They live in Nashville, Tennessee. The baby was born in October of 2019. In January 2021, East Johnson and East Johnson announced that they were expecting their second baby with one son.Their son was born in the month of July 2021.
